Hi, welcome to my website. I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Economics, Lancaster University.
Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi between 2016-2017. I received my PhD from Graduate Institute (IHEID), Geneva, in 2013. Upon then, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Economics, University of Oxford (2013-2016) and visiting senior fellow with the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (2015-2016).
I am an applied micro-economist. My current research focuses on the dynamics of firms in relation to international trade and economic development. In particular, how changes in market conditions (e.g., trade policies, regulation, innovation policies, etc.) affect firm-level performance, product choice, innovation, organization by using firm and customs-level data.
